Make sure that the “Show Object Menu” option is enabled first in Retuner’s City Hall menu. The easiest way to use Retuner for an object is to actually click on the object itself.
The only thing Retuner can’t handle is table-based tuning, for things like Careers, Books, Buffs, Traits, etc., which can only be tuned using a separate traditional tuning mod.

Retuner can handle both but you won’t find ITUN data in the Full EA Tuning file because it only contains XML data. This is quite difficult to explain but the main thing to remember is that there is a difference between XML tuning and ITUN tuning. I hope that answers your question! If not, let me know. Don’t forget to make a backup of your game save though, just in case something goes wrong, then you’ll have the option of reverting back again. There’s no need to adjust any of the settings unless you don’t like the way I have set them up. As soon as you add the corresponding modules for those settings, they will spring into action. The settings I have tweaked for the modules are already in that file and have just been sitting dormant all this time. So, if you’re already using my settings file, just add the modules you want and go. If there’s no module designation, the setting comes from the SP base mod. I don’t specifically label each setting as to which module it comes from but you can find out that information on the official NRaas Story Progression Interactions page as the settings that only come with a certain module are marked with a ‘Module:’ designation.

The rules of the challenge (Or at least, the ones I will be playing by) stand as such: In the Sims 3 Runaway Teen Challenge, the aim is, as you probably guessed ,is to have a teenaged sim living alone, as a ‘Runaway’ of sorts no money, no house, no adult. The Sims 3 Runaway Teen Challenge is one I came across a few days ago, and after finding out the base theme, I tried to find the rules online almost straight away.
